At a small ceremony at the Ministry of Justice, State Secretary Dr. Jens Diener, together with the President of the State Examination Office for Lawyers Michael Görlinger, congratulated the graduates on successfully passing the second state law examination. “Training future lawyers is an important task overall, as a functioning rule of law requires highly qualified judges, prosecutors, lawyers, experienced corporate lawyers, and competent notaries.”
“Only with comprehensive training that meets the highest standards will we continue to have exceptionally qualified lawyers in our constitutional state in the future.” Secretary of State Dr. Jens Diener With the completion of their two-year preparatory service, the graduates have acquired the qualification for the judiciary and thereby also for practicing other classical legal professions in administration and justice.
