The lecture provides helpful tips and advice from our many years of practical experience to prevent problems in the event of a separation/divorce, especially regarding the jointly owned property (e.g., drafting a marriage contract that already addresses all issues that may arise in case of separation/divorce). Amicable arrangements save you a bitter dispute, time, nerves, and a lot of money!
