Roland Rosinus lives in Rohrbach and is a retired chief police commissioner. He suffered from an anxiety disorder in 1996 and has been advising for the German Anxiety Aid Association Munich since then, reaching many people with his lectures.
On this evening, he presents his book "Fear Quartet". In it, three people randomly meet in a bistro. It quickly becomes clear what connects them: their fear. For the first time in their lives, they openly talk about their fears and everyday worries. Then a fourth person joins them. She seems to understand a lot about fears. When the fear quartet finally parts ways, everyone has a deeper understanding of their fears. With new courage, they are motivated to break free from their years-long cycles of fear. Rosinus shows that alongside professional help, self-determination and one's own actions always take center stage.
The vibrant reading takes place in collaboration with the St. Ingbert Literature Forum. Admission is free.
