Edited and performed by the Musenbolde, the youth theater group from the parish Herz Mariae St. Ingbert. The scenes "Sumpfmeise" and "Dreckspfau" are presented. The author has incorporated human elements into the bird world, thus creating a new level of performance.
The "Musenbolde" have selected these two units because they depict areas of everyday youth life and can thus be experienced together.
The marsh tit Veroniko seeks freedom without committing to a gender, unlike her counterparts. The dirty peacock, whose colorful plumage was ruined by a rotten wren's nest that fell on him after he hatched ("Fuck" was his first word), still tries to find his way in the world.
The two multifaceted units allow for the use of contemporary music ranging from Rammstein, David Bowie, and Korn to Sigur Ros, as well as dance, which makes the experience easier for the audience to engage with. A piece suitable for people aged 12 and up.
On Sunday, April 16, the city of St. Ingbert presents the improvisational and participatory theater group "Theatherr" with the play "The Butterfly in the Toaster." A performance for the whole family from 4 years old.
The audience decides what happens on stage. Immediately and spontaneously, great theater emerges from a suitcase. And everyone takes part. As ballet on stage or as a large audience choir. A unique, interactive theatrical experience. The moment decides. A unique cooperation between actor and audience.
A play about knights and princesses, rich and poor, sharing and sticking together, and the exciting hunt for the stinky dragon will be performed by actresses Beate Albrecht and Lara Wolf from "Theaterspiel" on Sunday, May 7.
Princesses have everything. They are loved by all. Being a princess is great, right? No!!! Being a princess is terribly exhausting: always sitting still and upright, smiling royally and bowing, or practicing spoon counting. Princess Tilly has completely had enough of it. One day, Tonja, the daughter of a knight, gets lost in Tilly's room – and for both girls, an exciting adventure begins in the fight against the roaring and stinky dragon. From mutual recognition of their strengths and weaknesses, a brave and unusual friendship develops between the two very different girls. Suitable for children from 4 years old.
Before the summer break, Manfred Kessler from Theater Chapiteau will present his new "One-Man Musical" for audiences from 4 years old on Sunday, June 11.
With his guitar, he spins across the stage in various roles and costumes.
The story tells of a joyful singing festival that falls apart when Reineke Fox intervenes. He sets numerous traps that his companions clumsily stumble over in a clownish manner.....
But he who laughs last laughs best, and as always, that is the audience.
In this participatory theater, the spectators are involved in the action and ultimately help the turbulent spectacle to a successful happy ending.
All performances will be held at the Kulturhaus Rentrisch.
