Access to the construction site is possible from both sides at any time. There will also be disruptions on the road and sidewalk in front of the new building at property 22 until early April.
Due to a sewer repair, there will be minor disruptions on Slevogtstraße, near property number 34, until Friday, January 27, 2023.
For the State Road Construction Authority (LfS), we would like to point out the following construction site in Rentrisch:
L 126 – Construction work on the Rentrisch valley bridge
Starting on Monday, January 23, 2023, with the installation of traffic safety measures, the State Department for Road Construction (LfS) will carry out maintenance on a bridge structure along the L 126 in the Rentrisch area/near the St. Ingbert-West junction (Saarbrücken Regional Association). The main work will be conducted on the Rentrisch valley bridge, so little to no disruptions are expected under the bridge. The construction period is expected to last approximately three weeks.
Due to renovation work on the transition structures of the Rentrisch valley bridge, a complete closure of all lanes in both directions is necessary.
The full closure of the L 126 begins on Monday, January 23, 2023, from around 11 a.m. and is expected to last until Monday, February 13, 2023, at around 7 a.m.
The detour route coming from St. Ingbert-West towards Dudweiler follows the L 119 onto the L 251 in the direction of Dudweiler.
Traffic from St. Ingbert-West to Sulzbach is being diverted via Weststraße onto the L 119, Alleestraße, and then onto the L 250.
The LfS expects traffic disruptions during the construction period. Road users are advised to pay attention to traffic reports on the radio and to allow for extra travel time if necessary.
