“Men at the stove” in a convivial setting, a refined menu is prepared that should appeal not only to men. The handling of different meat cuts is also demonstrated. Under the theme of meat preparation, a tartare with quail egg is made, an essence is created, and an ox chop is cooked to perfection. Additionally, some taste experiments with various spices are conducted. A caramelized crème brûlée completes the menu. The participation fee, including food, is 76 euros.
