According to Dr. Helmut Isringhaus, health policy spokesman for the FDP Saar, the prescribed distribution method, according to which heavily burdened nursing departments such as emergency rooms and operating theaters are not supposed to benefit from the generous and tax-free bonus even during the corona crisis, is wrong and due to the fact that Health Minister Lauterbach apparently has little knowledge of the activities of professional groups in the hospital.
Isringhaus: "This is the only way to explain that he is driving a wedge between the different professional groups involved in the direct care of patients and also the administration, demotivating highly qualified nurses and caregivers. But we need motivated employees."
