On 02.11.22 at around 09:40 a.m., an incident occurred on a line bus in the Saarbrücken-Gersweiler area. The passenger boarded the bus line 104 at Heuduckstraße but was not wearing a mouth-nose covering, only a kind of "balaclava." The bus driver initially started driving but, upon noticing the passenger and addressing the applicable mask requirement, the passenger was extremely uncooperative, leading to a loud argument. At the "Willerbach" stop on Hauptstraße in Gersweiler, the passenger was finally expelled from the bus by the driver. He reluctantly got off at first. However, just before the bus doors closed, he jumped back onto the bus and poured a cup of already cold coffee over the bus driver. The passenger then fled in the direction of Klarenthal on an e-scooter he had brought with him. The passenger was a male, approximately 25-30 years old, about 160 cm tall, presumably with black hair, dressed in black, wearing a black wool hat and a "balaclava." Witnesses or persons who can provide helpful information are asked to contact the Burbach police station or any other police department.
