This movement has also existed in Saarland for 20 years now. Holger Gettmann, the current chairman, reports on regional and local characteristics of good and fair food and provides many event tips. He uses a variety of channels for this.
What does this mean for us in everyday life? How can we benefit from it individually, where will it be difficult? How does regional and seasonal shopping work? What are fair prices when the work of the producers is looked at more closely? All questions that are not so easy to answer…
During and after the lecture, there is ample time for questions and discussions.
