Important information:
When transmitting cases from the health offices through the responsible state authorities to the RKI, there is a reporting and transmission delay of several days, both for the raw case numbers and the 7-day incidences. The differences also result from different collection times as well as various transmission paths. COVID-19 cases that meet the RKI case definition must be electronically transmitted by the responsible health office to the competent state authority by the next working day at the latest and anonymized by the state competence center for infection epidemiology (LKI) to the RKI by the next working day at the latest.
The basis for the case numbers of the RKI are the reports from the health offices up to midnight of the previous day. The basis for the case numbers of the MASFG are the reports up to 4 p.m. of the previous day. All transmitted numbers represent a current and provisional data status. Changes are reserved.
