The city employees will then contact the property owners if there is a concrete need.
Anyone who wishes to take in relatives and/or acquaintances fleeing from Ukraine can of course do so. In this case, the city administration requests that the accommodated persons be registered at the residents' registration office (citizen's office) of the city of Völklingen. For this purpose, the form "Landlord Confirmation" must be completed and signed and sent to the citizen's office of the city of Völklingen.
