The city of St. Ingbert is looking for employees and is taking new approaches to personnel recruitment. Because municipalities in Germany suffer from the skilled labor shortage just like the private sector. Qualified applicants are increasingly lacking in many areas.
In three short videos, the family-friendly and modern city promotes working in the administration. Both young people who wish to complete an apprenticeship or a civil service career, as well as employees – including career changers – for the construction sector and staff for the municipal daycares, are addressed in the specially tailored films.
