Number of people infected with COVID-19 in Saarland rises by 481 to a total of 395,424 according to the RKI

The number of deaths rises to 1,806, and the number of recovered cases increases to 377,366. Currently, 15,465 people are considered actively infected.
Of the people infected with the virus, 161 are currently being treated in hospital – 8 of them in intensive care (as of 24.08.2022).
In calendar week 33, 6,549 PCR tests were analyzed in Saarland laboratories. The proportion of positive laboratory cases was 40.63%
