In Gehnbachstraße, milling and asphalt work will be carried out starting next Monday, August 29. As a result, there may be traffic disruptions, as the street will have to be completely closed in three sections.
In the first construction phase from Monday, August 29th, to Thursday, September 1st, the intersection area Gehnbachstraße/Grubenweg/Rischbachstraße/Am Grubenstollen will be completely closed. Detours are signposted and lead via Karlstraße, Marienstraße, and Große Flurstraße as well as on a wide route via In den Schankgärten street and Dudweilerstraße.
Starting Thursday, September 1st, the second construction phase begins with the full closure of the intersection area Gehnbachstraße/Obere Rischbachstraße. Detours will be routed via Nassauer Graben, including the use of a temporary traffic light system. This construction phase is scheduled until Tuesday, September 6th.
Following this is the third construction phase until Friday, September 9, during which the intersection area Gehnbachstraße/In den Schankgärten will be completely closed. The detours here also lead via the Nassauer Graben.
Traffic participants are asked to allow a little extra time on this route.
