Author reading with Deana Zinßmeister at the Püttlingen Little Castle

The Dementia Association in Köllertal e.V., together with the State Dementia Office in cooperation with the city of Püttlingen, invites you to an author reading on Thursday, 08.09.2022, at 6:00 pm at the Püttlinger Schlösschen. On that evening, the Saarland author Deana Zinßmeister will read from her Spiegel bestseller novel "The Forgotten Homeland." The work tells the story of Britta Hofmeister, who grew up comfortably in West Germany and only learns about the dramatic circumstances of her parents' escape from the GDR due to her father's dementia illness. The reading will be commented on by Anita Lender-Beck (1st Chairwoman of the Dementia Association in Köllertal e.V.) and the independent care expert Thomas Hahn. Admission to the reading is free.
