An unforgettable celebration with a great atmosphere!
The event kicks off on Friday, 09/09/22, at 5:00 PM with the festival ground opening and the subsequent tapping of the keg. From 8:00 PM, the band “The Alligators” will heat up the audience.
“The Alligators” are not only for incorrigible nostalgics but for everyone who loves a thrilling live rock’n’roll show. Focused on the music of the fifties, they offer boogie-woogie, rockabilly, doo-wop, and many other hits from an era made immortal by artists such as Elvis Presley, Bill Haley, Dion & The Belmonts. The songs may be “oldies,” but the “Alligators” are not. Their performance, based on the original sound with slap bass, semi-acoustic guitar, piano, and vocal harmonies, is combined with appropriate outfits and a stage show that really impresses.
Whether performances on television, radio, city festivals, or corporate events, in the end all the audience agrees: “Rock’n’Roll is here to stay!”
On Saturday, 09/10/22, the day starts at 10:00 a.m. with a traditional morning drink. Coffee and cake will be served at noon, accompanied by a concert from the music club, inviting guests to linger. The evening will be sweetened by dance performances from RaZ eV. A special highlight of RaZ eV is the famous Papaballett, which really heats up the stage. Music lovers will not be disappointed that day. The well-known party and show band "Band ohne Kurt" will rock the stage from 7:00 p.m. These two passionate musicians have already brought many festivals in Saarland and Rhineland-Palatinate to life with Schlager, oldies, and classics from the music scene.
Sunday, 11.09.22, begins with a morning pint concert by the music club. Around 3:00 PM, the children's afternoon starts. It's curtain up for the little ones of RaZ eV with their dance performance. Around 6:00 PM, the raffle draw begins, including the drawing of 2 tickets for Europa-Park Rust. The festival will end with an evening pint and music from the DJ. Coffee and cake will also be available on Sunday.
On all days, a bouncy castle is available for the little guests.
