The property tax in Germany is being recalculated. Therefore, owners of developed and undeveloped land must submit a property tax declaration by the end of October. The relevant letters are currently being sent to households in the municipality of Quierschied. Since then, many citizens have been contacting the municipality's building administration with specific questions. However, most information can only be provided by the responsible authorities such as the land registry office, cadastral office, or tax office. The municipality of Quierschied can only provide information about the year of construction of the respective property. For buildings constructed before 1949, this information is not required.
