On Saturday, 02.07.2022, at 12:12 pm, a 47-year-old car driver from Sulzbach was driving on Rosenstraße towards Saarbrücker Str. in 66130 Sbr.-Brebach-Fechingen. At the same time, a 51-year-old man from Kleinblittersdorf was riding his motorcycle on Saarbrücker Straße towards Fechingen. When the car driver turned onto Saarbrücker Straße, she overlooked the approaching, right-of-way motorcycle of the 51-year-old, resulting in a collision. The motorcyclist was seriously injured as a result of the crash and had to be admitted to Winterberg Clinic. Both vehicles sustained property damage. Saarbrücker Straße had to be completely closed for the duration of the accident investigation.
