The Paratrooper Regiment 26 of the Bundeswehr intends to conduct two exercises from Tuesday, July 12th to Thursday, July 14th, 2022, as well as one week later from July 19th to July 21st. The first exercise is planned with 50 soldiers, 20 wheeled vehicles, and two aircraft, the second also with 50 soldiers, 20 wheeled vehicles, and four aircraft. Both exercises will take place in the Tholey, Illingen, Homburg, and Breitenbach areas.
The population is asked to prepare for possible dangers and restrictions in road traffic.
