In the early hours of Tuesday morning, shortly after midnight, two unknown individuals lifted five manhole covers from the ground at Rastpfuhl, in the area of Enkircher Weg, and placed them on the street.
It was only due to a fortunate coincidence that, according to the current police investigation, no one was harmed.
