A hit-and-run accident on Akazienweg, in Oberkirchen, was reported to the St. Wendel police on Thursday afternoon. The victim at the scene described that he had parked his car in the relevant street below the elementary school in the morning. When he returned to his car in the afternoon, he found considerable scratch damage on the right side of his vehicle. The offender left the scene without identifying themselves, and is now facing a criminal complaint under § 142 StGB.
