The destruction of an insect hotel on the Fritz-Wunderlich Cycle Path, which occurred over the Pentecost weekend, has now been reported to the St. Wendel Police Station. The perpetrator, who is still unknown, set fire to the insect hotel located near the bench after the railway tunnel in Oberkirchen. As a result, it was completely destroyed. Due to the reported fire, the fire department was also called out. The St. Wendel police are seeking witnesses who can provide information about the incident.
