The "Day of Swimming" takes place on the initiative of the State Institute for Preventive Action as a statewide day of action in Saarland's swimming pools. The municipality of Kleinblittersdorf is also participating again in 2022 in the "Day of Swimming." The Förderverein Freibad Kleinblittersdorf has organized a great program for the visitors of the Kleinblittersdorf outdoor pool.
In addition to the opportunity for children, teenagers, and adults to take the test for the German swimming badge or the "Seepferdchen," many activities are offered in the water and on the grounds of the outdoor pool. There are trial sessions in canoeing, diving, stand-up paddling, aqua jogging, Zumba, yoga, wellness massage, and much more.
As always, food and drinks are provided. The program around the Day of Swimming starts at 10:00 AM and ends around 6:00 PM.
The outdoor pool is open on this day as usual from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
