Through investigative measures, police officers of the Nordsaarland Police Station were able to determine the current workplace of a 34-year-old man wanted by the Saarbrücken Public Prosecutor's Office by arrest warrant on the afternoon of June 13, 2022. The man, wanted for driving without a license, had previously been staying at unknown locations, which is why he was being sought. The police officers searched the company address in Eisen and waited there for the man's return from a construction site in the Tholey area. Shortly before 5:00 p.m., the man entered the company's yard as a passenger, where he was subsequently arrested without resistance. The employer paid the amount specified in the arrest warrant to prevent detention for the arrested man, thus sparing the 34-year-old 110 days of imprisonment.
