On Thursday, 09.06.2022, a traffic accident followed by a hit-and-run occurred in the area of a restaurant on Burgstraße in Kirkel Neuhäusel. The roof of the restaurant, as well as a traffic safety barrier, were damaged in the process. Due to the extent of the damage, the accident cause is presumed to be a truck. Subsequently, the perpetrator left the scene without permission.
