On Tuesday, 07.06.2022, at around 12:35 p.m., a hit-and-run traffic accident occurred in front of the roundabout on Bezirksstraße in Blieskastel Niederwürzbach. The driver of a truck (40-ton) with Polish license plates and a trailer painted red with an as yet unknown inscription, collided while entering the roundabout with a flatbed truck parked on the sidewalk bearing Homburg district plates. After the collision, the perpetrator left the scene of the accident without permission.
Witnesses who can provide relevant information about the accident or the truck with the red trailer, or the driver, are requested to contact the Homburg Police Station (Tel.: 06841/1060).
