On 04.06.2022 around 4:45 PM, several crimes were committed on the L 113 / L 119 from Blieskastel to Kirkel by a male driver of a so far unknown car.
The accused suddenly braked the vehicle of the injured party, which had Homburg district license plates, during the drive, causing the latter to perform several emergency stops.
Afterwards, the accused let the victim overtake and followed him. When the victim wanted to turn from the L 113 onto the L 119, the accused rammed the victim's vehicle.
After the accident, the accused got out of his vehicle and struck the victim's vehicle multiple times with his fist. The accused also tried to force open the victim's driver's door, but was unsuccessful.
After committing the act, the suspect got back into his vehicle and fled in the direction of Kirkel. When the victim in turn began to pursue him, the suspect again performed an emergency brake, causing the victim to swerve and collide with a high curb.
As a result, the victim's vehicle was no longer operational.
Witnesses to the incident are requested to contact the St. Ingbert Police Department at the phone number 06894/1090.
It was noticeable that at the time of the incident, a child was still sitting in the front passenger seat of the perpetrator. The suspect is said to be a approximately 40-year-old, 180 cm tall, slim man with a bald head and no facial hair, wearing a purple T-shirt.
