As part of the Homburg May Festival, on May 28, 2022, around 8:00 p.m., a dangerous bodily injury with a knife occurred on the Enkler parking lot in Talstraße in Homburg to the detriment of a 41-year-old man. According to his own statements, the victim was on the connecting path between Enkler parking lot and Kaiserstraße at that time. A group of three people approached the man without warning and suddenly injured him with a knife in the abdominal area. The group then continued walking towards the Rondell or the train station. The victim was slightly injured as a result of the incident.
