Following investigations by the criminal service of the Saarlouis and Völklingen police, in cooperation with the Saarbrücken public prosecutor's office, a detention order against a 17-year-old from Saarlouis was executed on Wednesday morning (May 25, 2022).
The youth known to the police was arrested without resistance at his girlfriend's residence and brought before the magistrate.
The juvenile offender has come to public attention in recent months due to several robbery and violent crimes in the Saarlouis district. The examining magistrate ordered pre-trial detention in the Ottweiler correctional facility.
