Even if you have no symptoms, you can get tested: All citizens are entitled to at least one free antigen rapid test (PoC test) per week, regardless of vaccination or recovery status.
Those who want to visit risk groups should get tested for the coronavirus beforehand. The free citizen rapid test is a helpful service to detect asymptomatic infections in time and prevent unintentional spread.
Persons who are already ill are not allowed to enter the rapid test centers!
Please note that a negative test result represents only a snapshot in time. There is still a risk of infection.

Change in Issuing Recovery Certificates
Note from the Regional Association Health Office: For all persons who test PCR-confirmed positive for Corona after May 15, the Regional Association Health Office no longer automatically issues a recovery certificate. This must be requested by email at genesen@rvsbr.de if needed.
In addition, most pharmacies issue the EU digital COVID certificate for vaccinated and recovered individuals upon presentation of a positive PCR test result. For more information, visit www.regionalverband.de/genesen
