Last Saturday evening, around 8:45 PM, a resident of Osenbachstraße in Oberthal reported a group of six to seven youths walking through the streets with a music speaker and apparently stolen construction site signs. The group was said to be traveling from the sports field towards the Bliestalhalle and was carrying at least one construction sign, a warning barricade, and a guide post.
