The preparations for the 2022 season at the Kleinblittersdorf outdoor pool are currently in full swing. The children's playground as well as parts of the sunbathing lawn have been newly designed and the new rescue access road has been completed. After draining the water, the basic cleaning of the pool and overflow gutters, which had become dirty over the winter months, was carried out by an external company. The technology was checked, and the changing rooms, sanitary facilities, and sunbathing areas were refurbished.
In the meantime, the pool has been refilled and the water treatment completed.
Before the opening, the bathing water must still be chemically and microbiologically tested to meet the requirements of DIN 19643.
If everything goes well, the outdoor swimming season will start on Thursday, May 26, 2022 (Ascension Day), at the Kleinblittersdorf outdoor pool with the new opening hours. The pool will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., thus inviting visitors to splash around for an extra hour each day.
From May 26, 2022, season tickets can be purchased directly at the pool's ticket office. This year, it is possible for the first time to order season tickets via bank transfer. The costs for the season tickets are, according to the current price list, as follows:
Children (6-14 years) €20.00
Reduced * €50.00
Adults €65.00
The form is also available at the outdoor pool ticket office and at the town hall reception. Please note that season tickets are non-transferable!
After the outdoor pool visits in the past two years were only possible under restrictions due to the Corona pandemic, the current season will take place under normal conditions again, meaning that online booking, visitor limits, and time slots are no longer required.
Admission tickets can once again be purchased normally at the outdoor pool ticket office.
