On 06.05.2022 at around 11:00 a.m., a car was subjected to a traffic stop by a patrol unit of the PI Nordsaarland in the locality of Thailen. During the inspection, it was revealed that the driver did not possess a driving license. Furthermore, the police officers observed signs of drug influence in the driver. During a search of the driver, a switchblade and narcotics were also found in his possession.
For the purpose of securing evidence, a blood sample was taken from the driver. The switchblade and the narcotics carried were confiscated.
The accused now face several criminal charges.
