The Central Municipal Waste Disposal Service (ZKE) will operate on Laufertstraße in Burbach starting Monday, May 9.
The municipal utility company is renewing the combined sewer, as well as shaft structures, stormwater inlets, and house sewer connections in the public area. To do this, the ZKE is working along the entire Laufertstraße, from the property at house number 2 to the property at house number 12.
The street will be completely closed during construction. Residents can continue to access their homes according to the progress of the construction and in coordination with the construction management. Access for emergency and fire department vehicles is ensured at all times. Pedestrians can use the sidewalk on the side of the street where no construction is taking place.
The sewer works are expected to last until early July and will cost around 300,000 euros.
