Theft of a debit card

On Sunday, January 23, 2022, around 11:00 a.m., an 85-year-old victim had their debit card stolen by an as yet unknown perpetrator in a bank branch on Talstraße in Homburg. A few minutes after the theft, the stolen debit card was used at an ATM to withdraw money from the victim’s account. The unknown perpetrator was videotaped while withdrawing the money. Does anyone recognize this man and can provide information about his whereabouts or identity? Please provide tips to the police in Homburg at 06841/1060.
