Worship service looks to the stars
Völklingen. The Protestant Reconciliation Church Congregation Völklingen invites you to the Perseids worship service on Wednesday, August 12, from 10 p.m. on the meadow behind the Church of the Redeemer on Heidstock (Rheinstraße 2). On the night when the sky opens its gates and the shooting stars of the Perseids fly low, the open-air service offers a special spiritual experience about the wonders of creation.
Picnic blankets or seating must be brought by visitors themselves. A warm jacket or blanket is recommended depending on the weather.
