Friendship March Forbach-Völklingen in September 2026
On Sunday, September 6, 2026, the annual joint friendship
march of the Naturfreunde Forbach and Völklingen will take place.
This year’s start is at the Forbach Naturfreundehaus. The destination of the march is
the Naturfreundehaus in Völklingen. The route this year is approximately 27 km.
After the hike, there will traditionally be a cozy get-together
where the heads of administration of the partner cities Forbach and Völklingen will
present participants with their certificates.
In the interest of environmental protection, participants are asked to bring their own
drinking vessel. Furthermore, it is pointed out that the route to be covered
is only suitable for experienced hikers with sturdy footwear.
